General Terms
At Bazzy Breaks, all purchases are considered final unless otherwise outlined in this policy. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing checkout.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy.
Live Stream Breaks
All packs purchased through Bazzy Breaks are opened live on stream as part of our rip’n’ship experience.
If you would like your pack to remain sealed, you must notify us before it is opened on stream. Please note- We will not open any order without you being present or without clear instruction to proceed.
Once a pack has been opened live:
- All contents are considered final sale
- No refunds or returns will be provided
This applies to all products, including special releases and events.
Order Cancellations / Change of Mind
We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been processed for stream.
If a cancellation request is made before the order has been opened or prepared, we may offer:
- Store credit equal to the purchase value, or
- A refund minus a restocking fee of $10 or 10% of the order total (whichever is greater)
Faulty, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items
If an item is faulty, incorrectly described, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assess the issue.
Where applicable, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of Australia Post.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact Australia Post first using your tracking details. If further assistance is required, you can then reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
Please note that Bazzy Breaks is not responsible for delays or loss once parcels have been handed to the courier.
No Exchanges
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectables, we do not offer exchanges.
Accumulated Shipping Selection – Order Responsibility
Bazzy Breaks offers an “Accumulate Orders” shipping option at checkout, allowing customers to store multiple purchases and combine them into a single shipment when ready. This option is designed to help reduce overall shipping costs by consolidating orders.
Please note that selecting this option means your items will not be shipped immediately, and shipping must be paid separately when you request dispatch.

By selecting this option at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that you understand how it operates.
Due to the information provided at checkout, Bazzy Breaks does not offer refunds for orders placed under a misunderstanding of how the accumulated shipping option works, including assumptions that it includes free or immediate shipping.
