Dispatch Schedule

Orders are packed and shipped every second Monday. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Accumulated Orders

Customers may choose to accumulate multiple purchases and request shipping at a later time to save on costs. Items will be securely stored until shipping is arranged. Bazzy Breaks reserves the right to hold orders until the correct shipping fees have been paid in full.

Shipping Locations

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. We also ship internationally to locations supported by Australia Post. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on location, parcel size, and weight. If you are overcharged for shipping, the difference will be refunded. For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Information

Every order includes tracking. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Bazzy Breaks is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact Australia Post first using your tracking number. If further assistance is required, you can then contact us and we will help where possible. Bazzy Breaks is not responsible for parcels once they have been handed over to Australia Post.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together on the next scheduled dispatch after the pre-order stock arrives.
